Pick Everard are looking for an exceptional Assistant Learning and Development Advisor, to join us on our unique journey in continuing to achieve excellence for our colleagues and clients. Working closely with the Learning and Development Business Partner, Head of People Experience and the Group People & Culture Director you will be providing your support, guidance in a proactive manner to all business units within Pick Everard.   • Be a key point of contact in the Learning and Development team for all stakeholders.
  • Support the team to work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the business to identify both current and future skills requirements based on identified need.
  • Support in the design and delivery of training and development solutions for staff and managers, which are aligned to meet Pick Everard and individual needs.
  • Ensure learning events are timely, focused, relevant and provide return on investment.
  • Manage core administrative and coordination responsibilities to ensure excellent service levels of Learning & Development.
  • All interventions should support delivery of the People Pillar, Group business plans and personal objectives.
  • Facilitate and organise the induction programme under the direction of the Learning and Development Business Partner and Head of People Experience including the administration of e-learning modules.
  • Lead the design and delivery of training sessions across the business including soft skills development, management development and bite sized training in the form of lunch & learns.

    We are seeking a dynamic, knowledgeable individual, who can take a holistic approach to our Learning and Development Programme, and support us to deliver an innovative personal growth offering to all of our staff.
  • Key Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a broad learning & development co-ordination role.
  • Experienced in presenting and training to internal audiences.
  • Experience of developing e-learning courses, materials and managing a LMS preferred.
  • Experienced and comfortable in delivering training sessions to entry level through to senior stakeholders
  • Preferable but not essential - experience of working within professional services
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Software and the ability in creating dashboards to engage staff in accessing information (desirable)
