Full Job Description

Working with multiple stakeholders across many services and Council sites, this is a fast-paced position, where you will be required to work across the Council providing advice and support to managers and staff on aspects of learning and organisational development whilst also playing a key role in the coordination, analysis, outputs, and actions arising from data obtained from staff insight.

We are seeking a well organised, enthusiastic individual to join the Leadership and Culture Team within People and Culture. Our team is made-up of a friendly, exciting, and dynamic team of Learning and Organisational Development, HR and Aquisition professionals., Experience of designing, delivering, evaluating, and presenting of colleague data and insight to a wide audience

The Assistant OD and Culture Adviser is a Band 5 (£27,711 -£30,060), secondment opportunity until 31st May 2026, or a fixed term opportunity to cover the substantive post holder's secondment. Working full-time (37 hours a week), you will be based in County Hall, with great flexibility to work from home with the added benefit of flexi time., Northumberland is world-renowned as a visitor destination and an ideal location to strike a perfect work/life balance.
