Full Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Project Coordinator to joinan experienced Workforce Development Education and Training Team. The priority of the team is to lead and deliver on the CNMO objectives to uphold professional standards and compliance across our nursing, midwifery and AHP workforce.

The role includes supporting the Project Coordinator to achieve the designated objectives in a timely manner., You will be required to work closely with the Project Coordinator, Practice Development Nurses/Leads, Clinical Skills and Learning Facilitators with the continuous development of our improvement and quality standards. You will also support the team with delivery and achievement of NHS England's and Chief Nursing Officer for England's objectives:

Supporting in delivering the highest quality and standard of care.

To use all relevant Trust software packages and systems to support the objectives of Trust corporate agenda.

The Workforce Development Education and Training team is fast paced and all members are required to be multi-skilled, proactive and enthusiastic.
