This full time, permanent post is available in SPSPA and will support the delivery of the , focused on addressing complex challenges in public sector contexts. Social and Political Sciences, Philosophy, and Anthropology (SPSPA) SPSPA is comprised of around 150 members of academic staff, six distinct academic disciplines and eight interdisciplinary research centres, and teaches over 2,000 students across over 50 undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. The role The post will include teaching and mentoring students in areas such as systemic intervention, stakeholder engagement, and applied systemic modelling. - Possess a depth or breadth of specialist knowledge, demonstrated by a PhD or equivalent qualification/experience, of the core knowledge relating to Systems Thinking in order to teach and support learning on Systems Thinking Practitioner Apprenticeship modules
- Staff at this level are expected to achieve Associate Fellow of the HEA within two years of appointment (if not already achieved) and to attend formal CPD relating to this
