Full Job Description

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good general level of education including GCSE in English Language and Mathematics at grade C (new Grade 4) or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, working in a busy office environment.
  • Good working knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office packages.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to work as part of an integrated team.
  • NVQ 2 in administration or able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge and experience.
  • We are looking for Highly motivated individuals, you will need to demonstrate previous experience of working with confidential information, showing attention to detail and maintaining accuracy at all times. Your ability to work using your own initiative is essential, whilst understanding the importance of adhering to Trust Policies and local procedures. Operating SystmOne, a national NHS electronic patient record system, is a key requirement of this role, and whilst full training will be provided, there is an expectation that applicants would need to be skilled and confident in adapting to work with complex electronic systems.
