An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast paced, friendly, and committed Administration Team as a Healthy Together Administrator supporting in the LPT Healthy Together Team.,

  • To provide high quality, responsive and co-ordinated administrative support to the integrated 0-19 Service.
  • Working cohesively with 0-19 clinical teams to ensure that a high quality, resource-efficient and cost-effective service is provided to families, young people and children throughout Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.
  • To work with existing systems and processes to provide an effective administrative service to the team.
  • To accurately use and maintain administrative systems within specified timescales.
  • To demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • To provide high quality customer care to anyone accessing the service, either face to face, via telephone or in writing.

    The successful applicant will be based at County Hall, Glenfield, LE3 8RA. We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and motivated person who enjoys being part of a team.
  • You will need to demonstrate good communication skills, have a flexible approach and be able to prioritise your own workload.
