Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Rheumatology Department for 22.5 hours per week. The main duties of this role will include working closely with Management to ensure all clinics slots are utilised to reduce the wait times for patients in accordance with local and national targets to avoid breaches and improving patient care. Management of Outpatient Waiting Lists is essential working with the Service Manager and Office Manager. This is an evolving role and ad-hoc duties will be required., Monitoring outpatient waiting Lists adhering to trust and national targets, booking co-ordinator duties, data entry, general admin duties as detailed in the job description and ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
