Full Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, exceptional and dedicated communications professional to join our friendly and supportive team, to provide communications and engagement support for corporate projects across the organisation. You will be involved in delivering a wide range of exciting communications and engagement projects, with the aim of improving the experiences of our patients and colleagues., The communications project manager will lead on the communications and engagement requirements for all relevant corporate portfolios of work. They will be required to use specialist knowledge to advise colleagues on communications and engagement best practice, ensuring that effective processes are planned and implemented for all projects.

The role will involve creating, implementing and evaluating communication and engagement plans and interventions, that are designed to provide high-quality and consistent communications and engagement outputs, encourage key enabling relationships with stakeholders, remove barriers and ultimately enhance the reputation of the organisation.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication and organisational skills, the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines, be comfortable to work under pressure, have excellent judgement skills, be able to build strong and mutually beneficial relationships, have high levels of professional curiosity, be an effective decision maker, and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
