We are very excited to be recruiting a Service Manager for the Acute Medicine (Cardiology, Respiratory and Stroke) Directorate.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Service Manager, who has experience working in a hospital environments.

This is an extremely busy department, which requires someone to be able to maintain performance working in a fast paced environment and deliver on important projects.

The role will support the directorate management team in the design delivery and management of the service across Cardiology, Respiratory and Stroke, To assist the Directorate Manager, Matron and Clinical Lead to develop and deliver high quality, patient-focused and cost-effective pathways and services, meeting the requirements of our Commissioners and Trust's Annual Business Plan.

To assist in providing and developing a working environment and open culture which fosters high morale and commitment among all staff and promotes their well being, professional and personal development.
