Full Job Description

The Breast Surgery team are looking for a full time Band 3 administrator to provide support to the Breast & Skin Surgery team at the Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust in Guildford, Surrey., The Breast Unit Administrator will work closely with the Medical secretaries based in the Breast unit offices, setting up clinics, preparing all documentation required for the smooth running of all the clinics within the Unit.

The successful applicant should possess excellent communication skills and proven organisational skills. This is an important role and you will be required to work to tight deadlines and manage a varied workload, including general administration duties such as tracking and maintaining patient records, clinic co-ordination and diary management. It is also essential that you possess excellent IT skills for this post.
