Full Job Description

Hoople is on the lookout for a part-time Business Administrator to join our busy Building Maintenance and Cleaning Team. Here's a taste of what your main responsibilities could look like: What You'll Be Up To:

  • Data Dynamo: Enter data and create a variety of business documents-think forms, logbooks, quotes, and registers. You'll be the go-to guru for all things paperwork!
  • Filing Wizard: Keep our service and maintenance paperwork organised, whether in hard copy or digital form. Your knack for detail will keep our logbooks and records up to date!
  • Communication Champion: Connect with our amazing internal staff, client teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. You'll occasionally be scheduling bookings and maintenance appointments for staff and contractors with client sites
  • Cost Detective: Ensure our labour and material costs are spot on. You'll assist with invoicing and capturing subcontractor costs, all while keeping everything in check., · Those who indicate in their supporting statement that they are an Armed Forces Veteran or Reservist. This is part of our pledge to support the Armed Forces Covenant.

    A minimum of Level 3 Business Administration qualification or an equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in MS Excel will give you an edge in this role.

    Working Hours:
  • We'll work with you to create a schedule that fits you! You'll work 4.5 hours a day between 8 am and 4 pm, Monday to Friday. Whether it's 8 am to 12:30 pm or 9:30 am to 2 pm, we're flexible!
