Full Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a graduate to join our Business Management Team covering a variety of areas within the department including Supply & Demand/Strategic Resourcing, Business Planning & Corporate Governance as well as Service Improvements or Tools Development. You will gain exposure to the Technical Services arm of the business during your two years at NATS, as well as excellent visibility into the key business functions.

You will work within a team that supports our Technical Services department, getting involved in resource forecasting, supporting the annual financial business planning cycle, preparing management information for key Director level corporate governance meetings, as well as having the opportunity to either lead a small service improvement initiative or develop some tooling to support business processes using the Office 365 suite.

As an Early Careers Colleague at NATS, you can also look forward to engaging in a variety of activities outside of your day-to-day work, such as fundraising for charitable causes, supporting outreach initiatives, site visits and promoting our Early Careers Scheme.

What are we looking for?

Degrees in international business, business management, accountancy or another similar field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word and the Office 365 suite of tools.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in their work
You'll need to have achieved a minimum of 2:2 in a relevant degree within the last two years (or be on track to graduate in 2025) and demonstrable interest in your field outside of studies.

You'll also need to pass NATS pre-employment security clearance checks.

Competitive salary - £31,000 per annum plus an additional £1,000 welcome bonus
