Care Assistant

They are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join their friendly, award-winning team as a Care Assistant., As a Care Assistant, your focus will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. This will include assisting residents with their personal hygiene, recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas, and acting courteously towards residents and their visitors while respecting their dignity and individuality. You will be required to work 4 x 12 hour shifts per week and will be provided with a thorough induction and training programme to ensure confidence within your role.
