Cerebral Palsy Support Worker

We have an opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Female Cerebral Palsy Support Worker to join our team in Plymouth, Devon. Our client is in their 20's and has cerebral palsy with other complex needs. They are a wheelchair user and do require the use of a hoist to transfer. Our client is mainly non verbal but can communicate. They love getting out and about in the community and attending appropriate activities, as well as attending a farm as they are a big animal lover., The Cerebral Palsy Support Worker will be responsible for engaging with personalised routines, completing daily living activities, administering medication, providing emotional support, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with healthcare professionals. They will need to be comfortable with animals and have a full UK driver's license.
