Full Job Description

We have an amazing opportunity for a Change and Performance Analyst to join our Business Improvement Team, based at our head office in Chatham. If you are:

  • Experienced in developing performance reporting

  • Enthusiastic and have the desire to drive up service standards in all areas
  • Then we would love to hear from you It goes without saying that you will be a team player, and an ambassador for the Business Transformation Team. Be self-motivated and able to work under own initiative to tight deadlines and can learn quickly. You'll be involved in developing the Business Intelligence reporting using Power BI across the whole organisation, working with the business to ensure that departments understand their data and performance, report to leadership on the overall performance of the business against its key goals. Working in a team of 4 that is central to the business, you will be a key part of the team working to ensure that mhs homes, understand its data and how its services are performing, identifying trends in the data and feeding in, as we design and deployed service improvements in line with the organisation's strategy.
