Commercial Administrator

This role would be a great opportunity for an ambitious person wanting to clear path for progression. Our team are looking for someone who can support with Admin tasks, ideal for a proactive person. You will be surrounded by some of the best experienced QS and Commercial Manages who are ready to pass on their wisdom!, General Support Administration as requested by Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager Support with the creation and maintenance of project budgets, checking against bill of quants etc. Update of internal trackers and schedules daily Update of Business Central, the internal finance and commercial system daily Produce reports as requested by the Quantity Surveyor including raised invoices and forecast sales Assisting the Commercial Manager / Commercial Lead with the checking , verifying and payment of subcontractor applications including issuing payment certificate and pay-less notices in a timely manner. Report on and instigate continuous improvement by the effective use of KPIs Liaise with staff and operatives effectively and with respect Any other duties as assigned

Previous experience within the telecommunications industry would be desirable but is not a mandatory requirement. 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at 9-4 (grade C or above) including Maths, English and ideally a Science I.T literate particularly Excel and keen to extend knowledge on software packages and Microsoft Office. Numerate to high standard, able to analyse data and produce costs and information for final accounts. Able to produce work accurately and to tight deadlines Enthusiastic, committed and flexible
