Full Job Description

  • Lead, develop and implement data collection systems with other strategies that optimize data quality and routine reporting. You will play a leading role in setting and managing the data agenda to support the Contract Management function
  • Develop and maintain data accuracy for the reporting alignment with PMO, Finance and the wider business
  • Analyse large and complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that inform business decisions to promote key standardised reporting
  • Coach/Develop and mentor commercial team-members and multi-disciplinary peers on best practices in data analysis and visualisation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for spend optimisation and cost control improvements, using data to drive insights and recommendations.

    You will have a solid background in Data and Analytics and be a great communicator with a collaborative approach to your work with strong stakeholder management skills. You'll also have:
  • The ability to develop business requirements for reporting and project management (high level), from concept, implementation, execution and continuous improvement
  • Presentation skills for report writing and communication at Director level.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large and complex data sets
  • Proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Tableau and / or Power BI, to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis tools and techniques, with the ability to drive insights and recommendations.

    This hybrid role offers a great balance of home and office working. You'll join your colleagues in your local office at least 2 days a week and attend our London or Milton Keynes offices for monthly meetings.
