An opportunity has arisen to join the Conwy Locality District Nursing Team, covering a large, busy area, with a diverse population.
The role will involve providing high standards of care to patients within their own homes including the new Enhanced Care Service and to be involved in nurse led clinics., Please note for Welsh students, you must apply via Streamlining where all available jobs can be located.

The post requires that the successful candidate is a registered nurse with evidence of continued professional development. They should be motivated and enthusiastic, work within the team, whilst having the ability to work independently. The successful applicant will require an awareness of the evolving role within District Nursing.
You must be able to travel between patients homes both within towns and rural areas in a timely manner and welsh speaking is desirable.
