Full Job Description

  • Collaborate with senior team members to understand client payroll needs and assist in designing tailored SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions.
  • Participate in client workshops to gain a thorough understanding of requirements and proposed solutions.
  • Take ownership of configuring and testing SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll modules, including Payroll Control Center, Payroll Integration, and Payroll Reporting, under the guidance of senior consultants.
  • Develop a strong understanding of client needs and build relationships with client counterparts.
  • Contribute to the development of our SuccessFactors practice through expanding your knowledge base and sharing this with the team.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest SuccessFactors releases, functionalities, and payroll regulations.

    Hands-on experience configuring and testing SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (certification is a plus but not essential).
  • A solid understanding of payroll processes, regulations, and best practices.
  • Experience working with UK payroll is essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop your skills in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
  • A collaborative and proactive approach, with strong communication skills.
