Full Job Description

Are you a Consultant Psychiatrist interested in a new challenge and interested in being a part of the delivery and further development of ground-breaking Mental Health Services?, The Trust is seeking to recruit an Adult of Working Age Community Consultant. The post holder will be based at the Elms Centre in Banbury and will work as part of the wider North and West Consultant Leadership Team

This services forms part of the Adult patient pathway and works in conjunction with our Inpatient teams, crisis resolution and home treatment teams, as well as early intervention, You will work alongside a dynamic multidisciplinary team made up of a variety of individuals and professions including psychiatrists, psychologists, community psychiatric nurses, approved social workers, occupational therapists, and support workers, providing the individual with a whole range of support and care to enable the service users pathway to recovery and to provide patient centred care.

We are offering exciting opportunities to combine leadership, management, clinical/educational supervisor, and safeguarding lead roles with clinical duties, and we support flexible working practices.

We work as part of a multi-disciplinary team with a strong and supportive clinical network of Consultants underpinned by a culture of compassionate leadership and are committed to both staff development and job enrichment.
