Full Job Description

Stockroom's Creative Delivery Manager will manage the day-to-day operations and delivery of Stockroom activity including the creative programme. You will be integral to the launch, running and ongoing success of Stockport's newest destination. You will manage the team, organisational development and events. You will be responsible for developing an outstanding customer service model, which delivers for everybody and anybody, no matter who you are. You will be the key liaison between stakeholders and develop strong partnership working with a wide range of cultural, creative and community organisations and individuals.

We are looking for warm, open-hearted, open-minded individual to join our team. You will have a relentlessly optimistic outlook, a fearless attitude to trying new things and a kind approach to people and the planet. You will have extensive experience of venue and event management in the cultural sector, a passion for inclusive working practices and the drive to deliver outstanding customer service. You have a commitment to environmental and organisational sustainability, delivering climate and budget friendly solutions and services. You are a team player, natural negotiator and always put people first.

Stockroom is an exciting new cultural and creative space with a year-round creative programme that will encourage a wide range of people, both local and from further afield, to use and enjoy the space.

Stockroom is set in the heart of the town in Merseyway, its busy shopping area. Stockroom is the new home for Stockport's main library and heritage archive. Inside you will find Stockroom Studios, a space to enjoy a year-round programme of live performances and creative engagement activity with a great café, providing the opportunity to study, play and be sociable.
