Full Job Description

We are looking for a new customer advisor to support with client and customer requests within our Staff Pensions teams. Are you someone who has excellent communication and customer service skills? Do you have exceptional problem solving skills? Then this role may be the perfect fit for you! A bit about the job: In this role, you will ensure a high-quality service is always given to our customers, providing an excellent standard of telephony conversations both inbound and outbound, general admin and service support. This is a fast-paced role with fantastic opportunities for growth and development. Our new colleague will take personal ownership and responsibility for resolving enquiries from customers and Financial Advisers - this may involve handling complaints, bereavements, ill health requests and more. In On a day to day basis you will effectively communicate with internal and external customers about their pensions by telephone, e-mail or in writing.

  • Previous experience in a customer service/financial services role.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload whilst remaining flexible.
  • Excellent communication and numerical skills with a Minimum grade C GCSE or Grade 4 Maths.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Willingness to learn as we have multiple internal systems that will be used.
