  • What you'll be involved in:
  • Supporting customers, colleagues and passengers with a range of queries ranging from, but not limited to; technical, contractual, repairs and major breakdowns.
  • Act accordingly - listen to your customer to understand their needs and providing the best solution.
  • Have a "right first time" approach in resolving passenger and customer complaints/issues.
  • React to sudden breakdowns, working with our team of field based engineers and service delivery managers to resolve urgent issues.
  • Initiate and manage the process of ordering required parts from suppliers.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations.

    Strong communication skills, both verbally and written.
  • Proven experience dealing with a high workload, able to work both proactively and reactively to resolve external complaints.
  • Great customer services skills, weather gained within the hospitality or retail sectors. As long as you can understand, empathies and provide a customer focused journey.
  • Have a "right first time" mentality, looking to go above a beyond to rectify technical issues, which may include serious breakdowns.
  • Demonstrate confidence and proficiency in using various computer applications and tools.
