Full Job Description

In this position you will play a pivotal role in shaping data-driven decisions that support important clinical research across health and social care. Working within the Data and Analytics team, you will develop innovative reporting and digital solutions that will impact the delivery of research across the region. By analysing key data, managing projects, and engaging with regional stakeholders, you will directly contribute to advancing healthcare research and improving patient outcomes. You will also work as part of a wider team, helping study support colleagues deliver complex, high priority, system wide projects. This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact while advancing your career in a supportive and rewarding environment., Working as part of the Data and Analytics team, you will help design and deliver innovative data collection, analysis, and reporting solutions. As a line manager, you will also support the development of the Analyst Officer. Strong analytical skills, project management, and communication are essential as you engage with partners and help drive initiatives in this rapidly evolving field of clinical research. You will also play an active part in national projects to ensure alignment with the overall NIHR Research Delivery Network strategy.
