Full Job Description
Yeovil College is looking for a dynamic leader to join our University Centre and deliver seamless student operations from admissions to graduation. In this vital role, you'll ensure compliance with regulations, drive successful partnerships, and provide exceptional support-all within a vibrant higher education environment. In this key role, you will ensure operational efficiency while adhering to sector regulations and partner requirements, driving successful partnerships, and providing exceptional support to students, staff, and external stakeholders. As a vital member of the Higher Education team, you will contribute to the Centre's strategic growth, support the implementation of our Higher Education strategy, and promote equality, diversity, and British Values. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact and play an essential role in the success of our learners and partnerships.
- Significant administration experience within the education sector.
- Proven experience of managing and information in line with Data Protection.
- A proactive work ethic with an eye for details.
- Proficient in handling and analysing a range of data sources.
- Level 2 qualification in English and Maths.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Outstanding skills in numeracy and data analysis.

- Full-time position, 37 hours per week, all year round or Substantial Part Time
