Full Job Description

+ To support the Lead Technician for Dispensary in managing the Dispensary Service
+ To support recruitment, training and the development of systems for service provision in line with departmental and Trust strategic objectives and responsive to patient experience.
+ To be responsible for all aspects of the operational management of the dispensary service in absence of the Lead Technician for dispensary including the development of systems for service provision in line with departmental and Trust strategic objectives and responsive to patient experience.

Exciting opportunities have arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Pharmacy Technician with vision and excellent organisational and management skills to provide professional and managerial leadership to our dispensary services.
In addition to strong communication and leadership abilities, you should be a registered pharmacy technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council and have current experience working within operational/technical services as a senior technician. Evidence of multi-disciplinary teamwork and project management is beneficial, as is experience in change management, strategic service development, and team management.
