Full Job Description

This is an incredibly exciting role as we look to take the next huge leap forwards with our Performing Arts offer. All students in Year 7-9 have Music and Drama as part of their curriculum and Music and Drama are currently both options for Key Stage 4.
We would like to be able to offer both of them in Key Stage 5 as well.
Over the past three years we have performed three school shows, the Lion King, West Side Story and Matilda, and want to be able to offer the most ambitious extracurricular offer for our students to take part in.
This role is an ideal progression for a current Head of Department who wants to make their mark on a school where both the student and staff culture is in place for you to make a massive impact. Visits are strongly encouraged so that you can see our positivity, warmth and disruption-free learning environment.
