Full Job Description

  • Support the educational and social development of students
  • Work with children who have SEN or have struggled in a traditional school environment
  • Deliver 1:1 or small group lessons in various settings, including pupils' homes or community-based locations
  • Tailor your support to meet individual learning needs
  • A driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential, as you'll be working in different locations.

  • QTS or QTLS Qualifications
  • Proven teaching and learning experience
  • Up-to-date safeguarding and child protection qualifications, knowledge, and experience
  • Ideal candidates:
  • Bring energy, passion, and creativity to lessons, making them engaging and dynamic
  • Demonstrate initiative, excellent planning, and organisational skills
  • Ideally have experience working with students with SEN/SEMH in 1:1 or small group settings
