Full Job Description

Provide a friendly, caring and efficient reception service to our Emergency Floor., To provide a calm, friendly and welcoming reception to Emergency Floor incorporating A and E, Emergency Assessment Unit and Ambulatory and Emergency Care., We are looking for Receptionists to work on our friendly reception desks in the Emergency Department. The successful candidates will undertake a variety of reception duties including working on our A&E, SDEC, AMU & Guildford Ward Reception and processing Patient data. You will also act as a focal point of communication between Patients, Ambulance Crews and Medical / Clinical staff.

The successful candidates will have a friendly and professional attitude, good IT and organisational skills and be able to accurately complete / input data. The successful candidate will also need to be able to deal with difficult and stressful situations with courtesy and empathy.
