Full Job Description

  • Use evidence-based teaching practices to maximize student learning and progression.
  • Develop and refine curriculum materials to align with school goals and national standards.
  • Regularly assess student progress, providing constructive feedback that supports growth and achievement.
  • Use data from assessments to inform instruction, address gaps in learning, and support individual student needs.
  • Engage in reflective practice, including self-evaluation and contributing to the school's improvement plan.
  • Contribute to the wider school community by participating in school events, extracurricular activities, and community initiatives.
