Full Job Description

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to efficiently deliver senior administrative and secretarial support to CHP's Executive Management Team, ensuring the highest standard of service for customers and colleagues. Serve as a primary point of contact for the team, fostering strong internal and external communication connections. What you'll be doing

  • Provide meeting / minuting support for: Executive Team Meetings.
  • Provide effective and confidential administrative support to Executive Team, including preparation of correspondence, presentations, dictation including voice memos and notes, and supporting their team members' holiday and sickness administration.
  • Proactively identify and prepare information requirements for committees or for the Board, such as management reports, to ensure meetings are fully prepared and briefed, priorities are met and follow up requests are actioned within timescales.
  • As required and agreed with Executive Team. organise and manage emails, calendars, internal meetings arrangements, and business-related events and travel arrangements to ensure these are effectively planned and administered to meet business objectives.
  • Raise requisitions for goods and services and manage invoicing and processing payments.

    Experience of diary management, notetaking of formal meetings and providing accurate minutes.
  • Exceptional written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to take a flexible approach to proactively prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and operate with diplomacy and absolute discretion.
  • Ability to work pro-actively as part of a team to achieve targets and objectives.

  • The salary for this post will be £36,645 Per Annum.
