Full Job Description

  • Adhering to quality standards and performing inspections will ensure that turbochargers meet high-quality benchmarks, reducing defects and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Operating both manual and automated equipment efficiently will help meet production goals and maintain the required cycle times, directly impacting the company's output and efficiency.
  • Actively participating in training and personal development, and engaging in process improvements, will drive overall quality and efficiency enhancements in turbocharger assembly.
  • Effective communication with your team and support staff will improve coordination, streamline processes, and enhance problem-solving capabilities, contributing to a more cohesive work environment.
  • Keeping your work area organized and performing housekeeping tasks will maintain a productive and safe workspace, supporting both individual and team performance., Be prepared to work across day and night shifts for turbocharger assembly as needed.
  • Apply and adapt manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality in turbocharger assembly.
  • Meet commitments and ensure high standards in turbocharger assembly by holding yourself and others accountable.
  • Proactively address and report safety issues to maintain a safe environment in turbocharger assembly.

    Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

    We are looking for several talented Flexing Manufacturing Worker to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Ltd. in Huddersfield, United Kingdom.

    This is a 6-month fixed term contract. For this role, candidates must be able to work flexible shifts , including days (7:30 am - 3:00 pm) and nights (10:15 pm - 7:30 am).
