We have an opportunity in our North Somerset Extra Care services for a part time Floating Waking Nights Support Worker to join our team. Driving is essential for this role due to the work locations, which include Weston-super-Mare, Yatton, and Portishead. Since the pandemic, more and more clients are wanting to stay at home, where they can still see their families and remain as part of the communities, they grew up in.   • Ensuring you have the same clients on a daily basis
    • The Role of a Care Assistant As a Care Assistant you will be working with clients to live independently within their own home and local community by
  • Supporting with personal care tasks including washing, dressing etc.
  • Supporting with medication administration
  • Supporting with meal preparation
  • Supporting with accessing the local community e.g. Shopping, activities, trips
  • Supporting with day-to-day household duties
  • Supporting with any other daily routines our clients have
