Appointments:

15-minute face to face appointments.

AM session up to 16 patients, this includes pre-bookable and on the day urgent appointments.

PM session up to 12 patients, this includes pre-bookable and on the day urgent appointments.

On-call all day on an equitable rota with other doctors in the practice.

Visits as and when required, approximately 2 per week

Dealing with telephone queries from patients or other health care professionals

A well established, small friendly and dedicated team serving over 3,800 patients High quality clinical care (with high QAIF points) under a GMS contract Good skill-mix, with 3 GP's, Nurse Practitioner, 2 Practice Nurses, Pharmacist and good links with the wider primary care team Vision clinical system with DOCMAN A wide range of additional and enhanced services. Active with the Cluster Network Group

A well established, friendly and dedicated team serving our 3,900 patients

High quality clinical care under a GMS contract

Link staff include Social Prescriber, Palpitation Nurse, Health Coach, Specialist Nurses and excellent relationship with the wider primary care team

Vision clinical system with DOCMAN/WCCG/GPTR

Active with the Cluster Network Group

We are flexible about the way in which the post might be filled a partner additional to the current partner, or by a Salaried GP. Financially very stable, we offer a competitive package for either approach.
