Full Job Description

his is an exciting time to join the School of Professional and Creative studies and work alongside the established team, in Business, Business Administration and Leadership & Management in further developing our curriculum offer. We are ambitious and see this newly introduced role as a way to enhance our current T Level offer and offer the opportunity to work on L3-L5 Leadership and Management programmes including those in apprenticeship provision. It's an exciting time to join the exceptional team as we strengthen our engagement with employers in providing bespoke provision to a wide range of professional and take our young people through qualifications that provide a route to employment. This role will allow the post holder to be supported through a formal teaching qualification with a reduced timetable as part of the Graduate Lecturer Scheme for two years. The post holder will be assigned a mentor and have regular sessions with the outstanding Teaching, Learning and Development Hub at HCFE.
