As the Head of Curriculum, you will be responsible for ensuring that the WEA curriculum is broad and balanced, with clear intent and high quality implementation that meets the needs of the learners and enables the WEA to achieve key performance targets, while delivering good value for money.

Reporting directly to the Director of Curriculum, Quality and Safeguarding, this post is all about designing and developing a high quality, efficient and inspiring curriculum where all our courses have clear intent with seamless progression opportunities
