Head of Futures Education for Industry Group Permanent Full-Time Electra House - London, Moorgate EC2M 6SQ About the role Lead the Future of Careers & Industry Collaboration at EFI Group Join EFI Group as a key leader in driving the success of the Futures: Careers & Industry Collaboration team. In this critical role, you'll oversee the development and management of our Careers and Industry Collaboration service, enhancing graduate outcomes and industry engagement for both Further Education and graduate students. You'll strategically shape employability agendas, ensuring alignment with EFI Group's goals, while driving impactful careers education initiatives and industry placements. Collaborating with senior leadership, you'll influence policy and contribute to the progression of our students and institutional growth. About you

  • Qualifications: Specialist qualification in health, wellbeing, coaching, counselling, or equivalent experience, plus safeguarding lead training.
  • Experience: Extensive background in careers, employability, recruitment, or HR within Fashion Retail, Design, Beauty Management, or similar sectors, with strong leadership and stakeholder management.
  • Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the graduate labour market, industry employer needs, and government policies on higher education and employability, with the ability to leverage data for impactful service development.
  • Passion: You will be innovative, adaptable, and a strong leader with a proactive approach.
