Head Of Profession - Quantity Surveying

We are seeking a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with experience, expertise, and passion to guide the next generation of Quantity Surveyors on their lifelong professional journey. This role demands the highest levels of professional competence, commercial and contractual expertise, and the dedication required to nurture both graduates and those pursuing professional accreditation.

As Head of Profession, you will shape the competence, confidence, and client-focused professionalism of our team members - from graduates entering the 'real world' of Quantity Surveying to experienced professionals seeking to attain the next level of expertise. Your impact will be seen in the quality of the professionals you guide, the client relationships you build, and the success of the projects your teams deliver.

You'll work hands-on with clients, matching our team with projects that support their growth and client success. From advising clients to resolving live project challenges, you will deepen their NEC4 expertise and foster collaboration, effective teamwork, and smooth project execution.

You'll also collaborate with our People and Performance team and Directors to design training programmes that foster rapid professional development, guiding team members from onboarding through to Chartership.

Through your leadership, you will leave a lasting legacy, building high-performing, independent teams ready for industry challenges.

SALARY: Excellent package
