We're looking for a qualified Health Visitor (NMC registered) with an inspirational and motivational personality who is highly skilled in communication, with a strong approach to teamwork. The individual will be someone who can lead delivery of the Healthy Child Programme, especially the 6 High Impact Areas, using evidence-based practice. Working as a team player, your role will require excellent assessment skills and effective partnership working to develop preventative community-based approaches and personalised care to support to the local population.   • Registered Nurse / Midwife
  • BSc Hons Public Health Specialist Practitioner (Health Visiting) or equivalent
  • NMC Registered Part 3
  • Full UK Driving Licence (and access to a car)
