An exciting opportunity to join our Home First therapy team. We are a rehabilitation and reablement service within the Integrated community team (ICT) covering the Stroud and Berkeley vale locality. Facilitating clients discharge back into their own home. Our vision for Home first is "People are in the right place, at the right time - Meaning nobody spends more nights away from home than is absolutely necessary", The post holder will visit service users in their own homes, completing assessments of individual need and carry out the appropriate interventions. The post holder will also carry out delegated tasks from the team. The post holder will need to be able to prioritise and organise their own workload, under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. We offer excellent supervision by qualified Occupational Therapists and the opportunities for on-going professional development with informal support and learning. The successful candidate must hold a Full UK driving licence and have use of a vehicle for work purposes. The successful candidate will be required to undergo a DBS check.

We are looking to expand our current team looking for an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our service. You will need experience including working in a community and/or rehabilitation setting. You will be an excellent team player and also possess excellent communication skills. You will be working alongside the Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapist as well as the Home first reablement team.
