Full Job Description

  • Assistance in providing housing / homeless advice and guidance to those who are homeless or threatened with homelessness.
  • Support in preventing and relieving homelessness in line with the current homelessness legislation.
  • Operate a front-line homeless services duty to customers who are homeless / threatened with homelessness both face to face, over the telephone, by email or any other forms of communication, in a range of settings.
  • Deal with both written and verbal communications from customers in relation to cases being managed by the Homeless Officers.

  • Are you able to demonstrate strong emotional intelligence and the ability to handle sensitive situations?
