Full Job Description

The role of HR Advisor is all about working with key stakeholders and colleagues within the business to cover people-related matters - this means managing employee relations cases to ensure a fair and consistent approach. Join us, and you'll gain exposure to a complex business and provide a high level of support to various stakeholders on a range of cases. We need your experience and knowledge of managing employee relations cases; you'll support the team and the business with your flexibility.

Are you organised, adaptable and a great communicator? We're motivated by performance, so if your flexibility and resilience feed into your can-do attitude, then it's safe to say you'll probably fit in. We want our HR Advisors to be experienced in advising stakeholders, have strong prior experience and able to manage multiple priorities.
