WHAT KIND OF WORK WILL I DO? Working within our Central Functions HR Team you will work with a passionate team who support the Business with Human Resources and People Processes

  • Supporting the Co-ordination of the annual Performance and Talent Cycle
  • Champion employee engagement and use your initiative to find opportunities for continuous improvement

    • WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?

  • Eagerness to learn, You must have achieved G.C.S.E.s in Mathematics and English with Grade C and above or 4-9 or have a achieved Level 2 Functional skills in both English and Mathematics
  • Must speak English
  • As part of the HR Support Level 3 Apprenticeship, you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years as it is a government funded apprenticeship programme
  • Must have a full uk driving license and the ability to travel across the UK
  • Flexibility to respond to last minute requests

    £21,000 per annum starting salary.
