Full Job Description

Join our team as an HR Business Partner Support (Employee Relations) and play a pivotal role in empowering our Employee Relations team to create a positive, thriving workplace. You'll provide proactive and professional support, helping to deliver impactful Employee Relations strategies while ensuring employees and leaders alike feel valued and supported., 1. Provide proactive, professional support to the Employee Relations (ER) team to enable the delivery of Employee Relations strategy. 2. Responsible for producing ER data / reports and analysis insights. 3. Assist with the preparation of paperwork for Employment Tribunal claims. 4. Review the data sourced and proactively seek updates from Case Owners. 5. Assist the ER advisors with Case Management and escalations. 6. Manage the administration process for the Route Services HR Team upskilling sessions and any other training sessions. 7. Support the administration of the Whistleblowing process (Speak-Out). 8. Manage the administration of our third party (HR Direct) contact process (failed contact and allocation of Investigation Managers). 9. Take accurate notes at hearings and investigation meetings when required. 10.Co-ordinate diaries, prepare agenda and papers for meetings with the unions and internal stakeholders and co-ordinate and maintain actions following meetings. · Ability to work independently, and as part of a small team whilst demonstrating initiative. · High level of accuracy and attention to detail. · Ability to work to tight deadlines (especially in relation to Employment Tribunals where deadlines are set by the Court). · Strong time management and prioritisation skills. This is a role where you will need to work independently at times. · Planning and organisational skills. · Ability to write and respond to emails and written correspondence. · Strong verbal communication skills (you must be able to clearly and concisely be able to make the point and establish effective relationships). · Resilient, adaptable, agile (you need to be able to re-evaluate your workload on a regular basis to respond to changing priorities). · IT literate, strong excel, word and PowerPoint knowledge. · Research and analytical skills (you will need to be curious and proactive in terms of what information might be needed and planning ahead. · Experience of supporting the delivery of HR initiatives and projects. · Awareness of the need to handling confidential / sensitive information appropriately. · Flexibility on occasions to work longer hours / travel to meet business needs. Desirable · CIPD Qualified or relevant ER / HR Support experience. · Graduate calibre
