Full Job Description

1. Engage with projects as key contact for the Geographical Area with The Sponsor, Business Champion, Change Programme, Systems Implementation and Project.

2. Liaise with other Geographical Areas and other implementations within NR to agree conformity of approach and consistent accessibility of documentation.

3. Approve processes, procedures and systems to maintain effective information management and document control.

4. Manage for effective resourcing of document control activity.

5. Monitor adoption of information management and document control processes within programme and project teams.

We’re looking for an excellent communicator with fantastic organisational skills who is comfortable communicating at all levels of the business, setting clear expectations when necessary., · Relevant successful experience in the management of information and documentation in an engineering project environment.

· Knowledge of project management processes.

Desirable

· Knowledge of the Railway Industry.

· Knowledge of Network Rail’s investment processes and procedures.
