Our INTs deliver out of hospital care to people in their own homes, care homes or community clinics. We provide both planned and unplanned care during the hours of 8am - 8pm, 7 days a week.
Your role will include day to day operational management of the INT and be key to maintaining and improving the performance of the INT's; leading by example you will support the growth and development of our teams and the individual staff within them.
In turn we can provide you with a supportive environment where we are committed to your ongoing development - helping you to reach your full potential., Your primary purpose will be to support the Assistant Locality Manager and Locality Manager in leading the Integrated Neighbourhood Teams (INTs) and senior clinicians in the planning, delivery, improvement and development of a range of clinical services to achieve the quadruple aim. You will support a number of projects that will contribute to the achievement of service objectives and wider organisational goals in line with the service specifications for BNSSG Adult Community Services Contract.
Your role will be key to maintaining and improving the performance of the INTs, care to service users, supporting and developing staff and the resultant impact on the organisation as a whole. You will be required to lead by example to gain the best from services and staff, ensuring they are supported to remain engaged, positively challenged and effective.

We are Sirona care & health - England's largest provider of Adult's and Children's Community Services and we'd love for you to join us in Bristol, North Somerset or South Gloucestershire.
Agenda for Change Salary, full NHS benefits, 27+ days' annual leave, and participation in the NHS Pension Scheme - just a glimpse of the benefits you'll receive.

We are committed to equality of opportunity, to being fair and inclusive, and to being a place where all belong. We aim to draw upon the widest possible range of views and experiences to meet the changing needs of our colleagues, partners and communities we serve.
