We will assess the information you provide against the skills required for the role and let you know whether you will progress to the next stage of the recruitment process.
  • Please note, applications submitted without a cover letter will be considered incomplete and not shortlisted As well as these roles, it is likely that further vacancies will arise within the next 6 months across a number of teams. We are therefore looking to create an appointable pool of candidates to fill these vacancies across the Registration and Revalidation directorate. If you meet the standard for the appointment, but you are not offered a role in the first instance, you will join the pool for six months. When further permanent or fixed term opportunities arise, you'll have a guaranteed interview without the need for a further application. Please note that permanent positions will be offered to the highest scoring candidates followed by the fixed term positions in a scale of highest to lowest score above the cut off mark at interview. The GMC will consider a range of flexible working options. Current expectations are that following in-person induction and training, colleagues are in the office one day every week on a set team schedule, with additional in-office days as required. The GMC values diversity and has made a public commitment to processes and procedures that are fair, objective, transparent and free from discrimination. We are also committed to the Disability Confident employer scheme and support the requirements of the Disability Confident interview scheme.
