Full Job Description

As the ITM receptionist, you'll be a key member of the ITM Core team, providing a high quality, professional service to all staff and visitors to the ITM. Duties will include dealing with all face to face, telephone and email enquiries; booking meeting rooms using the computerised system Bookwise, and advising participants of the location of these events. The post holder will also be required to update a staff database and provide access to the building following internal processes and procedures., This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who want to begin their career in Customer Service and Business Administration, gain a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Award and learn a variety of customer service & administration skills. This will be an 18 month fixed term contract.

Due to UK apprenticeship funding regulations applicants must have a right to work in the UK, or for EU citizens hold pre-settled or settled status and have been a UK or EU resident for the last three years or have indefinite leave to remain with documents that are not due to expire during the duration of the apprenticeship contract. Applicants must also not already have a qualification at a higher level within the same subject matter.

We are looking for an individual looking to gain hospitality experience and excellent customer service skills who has the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
