Junior Information Security Analyst

FM Conway is currently seeking an Junior Information Security Analyst to join our innovative Business Transformation team. You will play a key role in ensuring a high level of governance within FM Conway, taking on the continual development of security processes ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of critical business information assets. The role will support the ongoing compliance and maintenance of ISO 27001 certification and the day to day management of information security risk and reporting. This is a permanent, full time position based from Sevenoaks.

The duties of the Junior Information Security Analyst role will include:

- Supporting the business in delivering quality and compliance in order to drive down information security risk

- Defending the business by supporting the implementation of robust security processes and procedures in order to protect and respond to risk

- Supporting the ISO27001 implementation and subsequent continuous improvement

- Producing Information Security reports to support the team

- Monitoring the Team's mailbox and responding to requests

- Protecting confidential and personal data in both digital and physical formats

- Assisting with initiatives around GDPR and AI, The FM Conway Business Transformation team are an innovative, hardworking and ambitious area of the business who play a significant role in our technology strategy. We have a broad range of services including AI and Infratech platforms. These are enabled through a strong project portfolio supporting an eclectic user community. You will be working closely with our growing Business Transformation and Technology team including Solutions Architects, Business Analysts, Project Managers and Information Security professionals.

We are looking for a motivated Junior Information Security Analyst with a foundational understanding of Information Security. Ideal candidates will have some experience or training in information security, knowledge of ISO 27001 principles and a basic understanding of GDPR. This role is ideal for someone passionate about learning and growing in cybersecurity, eager to develop their technical and compliance skills while building their career in the field.
