  • Lead the development of a robust commissioning framework across digital, data, and technology services.
  • Provide leadership for an effective approach to the commissioning of these services.
  • Develop and manage the Procurement/Commissioning pipeline, prioritising workloads efficiently.
  • Act as a point of escalation for stakeholders in procurement activity.
  • Develop procurement strategies in collaboration with program and project leads.
  • Oversee procurements in accordance with our sourcing pipeline and digital strategy.
  • Ensure mitigation of commercial and operational risk in all third-party engagements.
  • Develop tender documentation and manage contracts related to commissioned services.
  • Conduct complex data analysis to appraise the status of procurement activity, providing progress reports to senior leadership.
